Published May 16th in 2020, the goal of “The Practical Training Manual” was to provide athletes with less of the philosophy behind Tricking & more of the tools/tricks you need to truly progress in Tricking. This text provides a variety of Tricking workouts to help the individual athlete progress at their own pace.
